GDACS is a cooperation framework between the United Nations, the European Commission and disaster managers worldwide to improve alerts, information exchange and coordination in the first phase after major sudden-onset disasters.

Bosnia and Herzegovina: Treshold level 2/4 for Klokot river.
Croatia: Treshold level 2/4 for Kupa and Sava rivers.
Portugal: Warnings for heavy rain and high discharges in the North and Center.
United Kingdom: Warning level 2/3 for 6 stations in England and Wales.
